The Problem

Insufficient treatment of cooling lubricants and other industrial fluids costs the industry billions of EUROS each year.

Hydraulic oils, spindle oils, central lubrication oils, gear oils, rust inhibitors, cutting oils and other oil-based contamination of industrial fluids and water, called TRAMP OILS, are costly and hazardous factors in the manufacturing Industry and in the environment.

Especially during down times, Tramp oil contamination creates a barrier between the industrial fluids and the atmospheric oxygen, and consequently, anaerobic bacteria begin to flourish.

Tramp oil provides a source of food for bacteria, decreases the effectiveness of the industrial fluids and shortens the life span of the machines, equipment and operating materials.

Tramp oil creates a hazardous working atmosphere, increases the disposal of industrial fluids and pollutes the environment.
